His various projects, volunteer work with kids, and childhood influences led him to dedicate his career to making the world a better place for children.
Phil Light, CTO. MET, Carnegie Mellon University 2007, BS, Rochester Institute of Technology 2003. Phil is trained as a software engineer but his interests range far beyond programming.
Patrick Mittereder, CCO. MET, Carnegie Mellon University 2007, BFA, Penn State 2004. A Pittsburgh native, Pat discovered his love for art and animation from the time he was a child watching Saturday morning cartoons, sketching on any material he could get his hands on.
Brad Patton, Lead Programmer. MET, Carnegie Mellon University 2007, BS, Westminster College 2005. Brad is a mathematician and computer programmer by trade. He has been interested in computerized fun since the days of Mouse Trap on Atari 2600.
David Mikesell: Marketing/Public Relations Intern; Senior at Point Park University; Major: Sport, Arts, and Entertainment Management. Dave is using this internship to comply with his studies requirement to complete an internship. However, because he believes what the company is doing is innovative and working to make the world better for children, he would have worked for just a klondike bar. He loves doing market research and coming up with creative ideas to promote events and products.

Sarah Will, Intern. BS, Art Institute of Pittsburgh, 2007. An animation major and inspired by her nieces, Sarah specializes in animating for children.
Christopher Boette, Production Intern. MET, Carnegie Mellon University, 2008; BA in Creative Writing, CMU, 2005. Wanting to use his powers for good, Chris is spending his last semester of school working for a company that is striving to improve the quality of life for some of the children that need it the most. Chris works with a group of talented folks to ensure that kids will have the best possible experience when playing with the K.I.C.K.
