Job Description: The Office Manager is an important, client-facing role for EOS and requires a positive, courteous, social, and professional demeanor. The Office Manager is responsible for production client servicing, developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, supervision of the internship program, and maintaining a pleasant, safe work environment. A successful Office Manager is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experience in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and ability to work independently with little or no supervision is essential. Candidate should be well-organized, flexible, and up to the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsiblities:
- Onboard incoming feature and TV production clients: Distribute and review EOS Handbook (studio lot orientation, protocols, and general info); Provide access key cards to production staff; and Schedule studio lot drive-ons with security team
- Develop and implement Admin office policies and procedures as necessary
- Answer phones and emails
- Manage relationships with EOS vendors and service providers
- Maintain shared calendar with studio management, stage manager, and security team
- Provide general support to visitors for EOS and its productions
- Facilitate internship program (post internship openings, schedule and conduct interviews, supervise interns, allocate tasks and monitor performance)
- Handle oversight of studio mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands
- Liaise with security team to ensure that all safety and drive-on protocols are met
- Work with cleaning company to ensure all recycling initiatives are being fulfilled
- Facilitate special projects and keep management properly informed
- Create and post social media content across various channels
- Attend local entertainment and political events as needed (film festivals, professional associations, networking groups, legislator functions, etc.)
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Offboard outgoing feature and TV production clients: Collect access key cards, answer production questions and provide guidance, assist with recycling plan for sets and excess materials
- In person Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (hours may occasionally vary)
Requirements:
